This has to be one of my favorite protein based recipes right now! I found this recipe online and decided to tweak it a bit and make it a little more macro friendly. Believe me, it's so good. Today I made 2 small banana breads so you can make adjustments to the recipe if you want to make more or less of it for yourself! I cut each bread into 4 pieces so I have also provided the macros that is in each piece!

What do you need??

  • 2 scoops of PeScience Snickerdoodle Protein

  • 2 medium sized bananas

  • 4 tbsp of coconut flour

  • 1 egg white

  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Cinnamon

What I used for toppings/add ins:

  • Semi-sweet chocolate chip mini morsels

  • Salted Caramel Nuts 'N More

  • Sprinkles

How do you make it??

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees

  2. Mash up the bananas (ripe bananas work best that are a little mushy) If you need to stick it in the microwave to soften that is fine.

  3. Mix in all ingredients

  4. Put into pans that will fit a small bread or just one medium sized bread

  5. Add anything you want to the mix! (sprinkles or chocolate chips!)

  6. Stick in the oven and let cook for about 25-30 minutes

Macros for sprinkled bread: 6 Fat, 31 Carbs, 37 Protein // For 1 piece: 1.4 Fat, 8 Carbs, 9 Protein

Macros for Chocolate Chip & Peanut Butter Bread: 14 Fat, 43 Carbs, 42 Protein // For 1 piece: 3 Fat, 10 Carbs, 11 Protein
