a WHAT cake??

A MUG CAKE! (except I make it in a bowl)

If you only have about 2 minutes to prepare something the includes:

1. high protein

2. low carbs

3. satisfies your sweet tooth

.... then this is it!

This is my go to at the end of the day when I'm low carbs but want to make something easy and sweet.

What do you need???

  • 1 Scoop Protein (I used PeScience Gourmet Vanilla)

  • 1 whole egg

  • 2-3 tbsp. almond milk

  • 1 tbsp. baking powder

  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract

  • 1 packet of Stevia or a sweetener of choice

  • 1 tbsp. Walden Farm's Maple Syrup

Top with:

  • Peanut butter (I only used about 8 grams)

  • Sprinkles

  • Cinnamon

Mix all the ingredients together and stick in the microwave for 60 seconds!

ALL DONE!

(not the most aesthetic looking meal but it is easy to make and yummy, don't knock it 'till ya try it!)

Macros: 32g Protein, 6g Carbs, 8g Fat
