I actually randomly came upon the idea to incorpoate Jell-o Pudding into my "after dinner" meal when I was strolling through the isles of Shaws. I used to love Tapioca pudding when I was younger so I thought, why not give pudding a try and see if it would be good with protein powder. Welllll... IT IS. Keep scrolling to see all the ingredients I used and my little recipe for this fabulous dessert.

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet of Sugar Free & Fat Free Vanilla Jell-o Pudding

  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk (not pictured)

  • 1 tbsp Pb2

  • 1 scoop of PEScience Snickerdoodle Select Protein

Toppings:

  • 1 Reese's Peanut Butter Egg

  • 1/4 tbsp Hank's Protein Peanut Butter

  • Semisweet Chocolate Chip Mini Morsels

PLEASE note that these DO NOT have to be the exact ingredients that must be used inorder to make this. For example, 2% milk can be substituted instead of almond milk and any type of protein you want to you as well will work (I just reccommend PEScience Snickerdoodle because it's amazing) and you can add your OWN toppings!

Recipe:

  1. Mix the almond milk with the Jell-o pudding mix and put in the refrigerator for atleast 30 minutes.

  2. Mix in protein powder and pb2, a little at a time so it blends evenly.

  3. Then add toppings!

Total Macros In My Recipe: 31g Protein, 41g Carbs, 13g Fat
