Flap Jack Fluffy Protein Pancakes

Since this is my first official post I figured I would start off with one of my very favorite but simple protein- packed recipes! These Flap Jack Pancakes will NOT disappoint I can promise you that! I only make these about once a week but they are sooo worth it!



What I use:
Kodiak Cakes Pancake mix
PeScience Snickerdoodle Protein Powder
2 Liquid Egg Whites
Almond Milk/ Water
Sprinkle of Baking Powder
Hank's Protein Peanut Butter
Cinnamon
Walden Farms Pancake Syrup
Depending on how much you want or how ever many pancakes you feel like making, your ingredient amount may vary. I usually only use about 40 grams of the pancake mix and 1 scoop of protein powder. Using a complete egg will make it even fluffier! (Yum) This amount yields about 3-4 pancakes depending on the size!
My Pancake Makin' Tips:
Mix all the dry ingredients first and then mix in the wet ingredients to create a normal "pancake batter" consistency.
The pancake tastes the best when it is a litte batter-y and under cooked inside still..YUM.
My Reccomended topings:
Peanut Butter (a must)
Fruit
Chocolate Chips
Crumbled Cookie
Cinnamon (also a must)
